Our Return Policy

Amberjack Publishing’s return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If a product arrived to you damaged or defective you have 7 days to return it for a full refund. An accompanying picture showing the damaged product still in the packing material is appreciated.


Our author services are exempt from being returned. If you are unsatisfied with the level of service you received in editing, a manuscript evaluation, or editor’s consultation, please notify the Director immediately so a solution is found.


Products with obvious signs of use, not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, are only eligible for a partial refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.


To return your product, you should mail it to our warehouse: 1045 Ancona Avenue, Suite 140, Eagle, ID 83616.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
